1. Order Acceptance and Estimates

  • All printing orders placed with [Company Name] (“we”, “us”, or “our”) are subject to acceptance by us based on the information provided and our production capacity.
  • Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue and are based on the information you provide. Prices may be subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in material or service costs.

2. Artwork and File Preparation

  • You (“you” or “your”) are responsible for providing print-ready files that meet our specifications, which will be provided upon request.
  • We are not responsible for errors or omissions in your artwork that are not identified during the proofing process.
  • We offer prepress services for an additional fee, which can help identify potential issues before printing.

3. Proofs and Revisions

  • We will provide a digital proof for your approval before proceeding with printing.
  • You are responsible for carefully reviewing the proof for accuracy and completeness.
  • A limited number of revisions may be included in the quoted price. Additional revisions will be charged at our hourly rate.
  • Once you approve the final proof, we are not responsible for errors or omissions that were not identified during the proofing process.

4. Color Accuracy

  • We strive to achieve the most accurate color reproduction possible, but slight variations may occur due to the printing process and limitations of different materials.
  • We recommend ordering a press proof for color-critical projects, which will be charged additionally.

5. Turnaround Time and Delivery

  • Turnaround times are estimates based on our current production schedule and the complexity of your order.
  • We will use commercially reasonable efforts to meet the estimated turnaround time, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Shipping is not included in the quoted price and will be charged separately.

6. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is due before printing commences unless a credit agreement is established beforehand.
  • We accept payment by credit card, check, bank transfer.

7. Cancellations and Changes

  • Orders may be cancelled before printing begins for a full refund.
  • Once printing has begun, cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee based on the work completed.
  • Changes to your order after approval may be accommodated based on our production schedule, and additional charges may apply.

8. Limited Liability

  • We are not liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the use of our services or the printed materials.
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the order.

9. Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Presto Color Printing from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your artwork, content, or use of our services.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of USA.

11. Entire Agreement

  • These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Presto Color Printing regarding the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements.
